Building a Legacy for over 40+ years
Bryan Magers launched Bryan Properties in 1985 with the purchase of a single-family house in Springfield, Mo. In the more than 40 years since Magers bought that house, his eponymous company has become a leader in real-estate development and management. Its diversified portfolio includes hotels, market-based apartments, student housing, and single-family homes.
